4. Data Retention and Deletion
In compliance with YouTube Data API policies, TrendHorizon maintains a strict data retention policy:
- 30-Day Limit: All video-related data crawled from YouTube is automatically and permanently deleted from our servers exactly 30 days after it was first collected.
- Data Refresh: We do not keep stale data. Our system focuses on real-time and recent trends.
